Return Policy – Josephine London

 

At Josephine London, we always strive to keep our customers satisfied.

However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product.

This document clearly explains our return policy.


 

Conditions for Returns

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, for which we will provide store credit equal to the value of the product.

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including any international postage or customs fees.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not allowed.

 


 

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via support@josephine-london.com  within 15 days of receiving your item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

  3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to avoid complications.

Refund

Once the returned item arrives at our return address and has passed inspection, we will issue your store credit or refund (depending on the case) within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
